Privacy notice

Short version: we ask for your email and what you harvested. We use it to send you recipes. We do not sell it, and you can have it deleted by asking.

Right now, this page collects nothing

The signup form is not connected to anything yet. If you submit it today, no email address is stored and nothing is sent. This notice describes what will happen once signup goes live, so you can read it before you hand anything over.

What we collect when you sign up

• Your email address. You type it in.
• The species you chose. Deer, turkey or trout. This decides which recipes you get.
• Where you arrived from. A short source value taken from the link or QR code you used, for example a specific meat processor, a shared link, or direct. Standard campaign values (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) are recorded the same way, cleaned up and length limited.

That is the whole list. We do not ask for your name, your address, your phone number or where you hunt.

What we do not do

• No cookies. This site sets none.
• No browser storage. Nothing is saved on your device.
• No third-party scripts. No trackers, no social widgets, no advertising pixels.
• No font or image requests to other companies. The fonts and photographs are served from this site, so Google and others are not told that you visited.
• No analytics at the moment. If we add it later, it will be a privacy-focused provider that does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you, and this notice will be updated before it goes on.

Why we collect it

To send you the five free recipes for the species you chose, and after that an occasional email with new recipes and news about the kit. The source value tells us which shops and links actually bring people in, so we know where to keep showing up.

Who else sees it

Your email address is stored with our email service provider, who sends the messages on our behalf and does not use your address for anything else.

We do not sell your details, rent them, or share them with the seasoning and sauce brands whose products go in the kit. If that ever changes, we will ask you first.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you have not opened an email from us in two years, we will remove you without being asked.

How to get out

• Unsubscribe. One click at the bottom of every email. You stop hearing from us immediately.
• Delete everything. Email hello@halfhunted.com and ask. We remove your address and everything attached to it, and we reply to confirm.
• See what we hold. Ask at the same address and we will send it back to you.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 13.

Changes to this notice

If we change it, we change the date at the top. If the change matters, for example a new provider or a new kind of data, we will say so in an email before it takes effect.
